Its the month of love... and even my bears are in love



But... I am not.... *sob*

My brother baked a cheesecake for his girlfriend. How sweet! Well it's
their first Valentine's Day anyway.

Cheesecake... always long hour baking



7pm: Still looks like a cake mixture

8pm: Slightly brown but still a cake mixture

9pm: Finally resembles a cake but not cooked

10pm: Confirmed to be a cake but still not cooked



Was interrupted halfway through Desperate Housewife to help him take the
cake out. So should be about 10.30 before we both agree that it should
be cooked by now.



Erm... I think still it's a flop.



But I give him 100 points for effort!

Have been so busy with home, CNY, chalet and of cos school that I
apologise for not updating my blog...



Just the other day I received a wink in friendster from one of my ex
colleagues. Thus, I paid a visit to her profile and I am surprised to
find her marital status stated as ' its complicated'. When I dropped her
a message asking about herself, she told me that she is no longer
married. It occurs to me how vulnerable relationships can be. It felt
like yesterday that I attended her wedding. We all wishing her for
getting the such a good husband. Huh~ In life, maybe its pointless to
try to hard at certain things. If you just relax and take a step
backwards, maybe things will work out just the way you want them to be.



Pardon my negativity... lets talk about some happy stuff



When shopping on the "Chu San", Topshop was having a sale. Prices
slashed up to 50% off. Plus UOB card holders gets additional 15% off the
final bill. Foong and I bought a puffy skirt each (hers is grey, mine
black). Just to digress, the skirt is call a Jersey Puffball. Both of us
were so tickle by the name. I also added a leather bag (going at 50%
off) to my collection. In addition we got a 15% off the final bill!
Great!



The past month, I was whining about wanting to buy a swimsuit and
Tannlines had a 50% sales for all items in their store. Bought a pretty
tankini at a steal... but my cousin was pissed. Should see her face. Cos
she just bought the whole swimsuit at full price one week before.



Poor Foong, It really was not her day cos when we went into Warehouse,
she found that the silk top she bought (only wore once) was going at 30%
off.
